A The equipment housing carries a one-year warranty, covering free repairs for issues arising from material defects or manufacturing processes. Consumable parts, such as filter bags, are not covered under this warranty.
-
A Common causes include a clogged filter bag, inlet or outlet valves that are not fully open, or excessive resistance within the piping layout. We recommend troubleshooting these potential issues one by one.
-
A If the housing is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, rust spots may appear after prolonged use in environments containing chloride ions. For specific operating conditions, we recommend selecting the more corrosion-resistant SUS316L material.
-
A When the pressure differential (pressure drop) between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.1–0.15 MPa, it is recommended to clean or replace the filter bag to maintain filtration efficiency.
-
A Before startup, ensure that all air is vented from the housing. Open the inlet valve slowly to prevent sudden high-pressure surges that could damage the filter bag.
